This is the creativity assignment from my lecture. Now, I’ll try to give my opinion about those theory.

Creativity is a central source of meaning in our lives. Every creative persons are remarkable for their ability to adapt to almost any situation, and to make do with whatever is at hand to reach their goals. Most of the things that are interesting, important, and human are the result of creativity. When we’re creative, we feel we are living more fully than during the rest of life. What makes their personalities different from others is complexity. According to me, those 10 paradox is relative. I mean creativity is not like a math, it cannot be measured. Even talking about creativity can make a person more creative. Creativity allow our brains the room to stretch, to become flexible to take in new views and new ways of thinking is a critical skill. Perhaps the most important quality, the one that is most consistently present in all creative individuals, is the ability to enjoy the process of creation for its own sake. Last but not least, the creative personality can hold paradox without feeling conflicted.

Actually I already have wrote about my 5 facts in my life in my previous blog..

These are the list..

List no.1-five facts about me

1. My name is andra.

But now, may be I will re-write the list..

1. Muhamad Diandra Putra.

Actually, my full name is Muhamad Diandra Putra. However when the “AKTA KELAHIRAN” was made, there is no Putra in my name..So, I prefer not to use Putra in my identity..I think Putra is not cool enough..hhaha kidding mam..

2. Last posting, I wrote that I am 19 years old.

Since last November 5, I become 20 years old..ohh my..im getting old..

3. I didn’t want to entry ITB.

But my parents and my beloved grandma always pushed me to get my bachelor degree in ITB. I hate numbers, math, calculus, physics, chemical, and techniques. It’s boring. It was lucky for me there is SBM. So I can give something to my parents and my grandma.

4. I am Sundanese.

I was born in Bandung. Both of my father and my mother also was born in Bandung. So I can speak bahasa sunda lil bit.

5. I love car.

Since I was child, my father always introduce me a lot about car. and Im interesting..I collect a lot of car model in my room..and If I see a beautiful car, it always makes me feel happy..I dont know why..

6. I love music.

It doesn’t matter what kind of music I listen, as long as it can make me feel comfort I must be love it.

7. I like black color.

Like I Gde Bagus Arya Sumarapati said “black represents elegant, mysterious, cool, and dark.” I think it seems like my personality. Eh gus, nama lo bener kan yah???

8. Talk less do more.

It’s my favorite quote.

9. I do not smoke.

For every person in the whole world who really love to smoke, u better stop smoking right now or I’ll kick ur ass..ahhaha kidding..I really don’t care. U want to smoke, go ahead..

10. Im interested in women like my Facebook said.

I think this is not necessary to explain..

Okeay..I think thats all..

Now, its time to Diza, Patra, Inda, Atenk Wisnu, Nina Shanti, Nida, Rahen, Puput, Ridwan, Sri to show their 10 facts.

However, there is another person who has creative mind and brilliant imagination. He is a founder and saler of Nasi Goreng Ngumpet. Nasi Goreng Ngumpet is a foodstall in Jalan Tubagus Raya (next to Barokah Minimarket). The founder who didn’t want to say his name, so we called his name as “Pak Asep”, was doing business in food market niche since early 1995. He usually sale Kwetiau Goreng, Pecel Ayam, Soto Ayam, Bihun Goreng, and Nasi Goreng. His business is successful enough until the competitors came in and compete with him in the same market. The competitors also sale the same product which is Nasi Goreng.

“Pak Asep” has to think hard in order to survive in this business. So, he tries to do some experimental to his foods. He modified the Nasi Goreng with beautiful exterior, unique shape, and changing its name into “Nasi Goreng Ngumpet”. I think it is very interesting and ear-catching. “Ngumpet” is in Bahasa Indonesia, which means hide. First time I heard these name, I thought what kind of Nasi Goreng is this. Then I came into his foodstall. I ordered Nasi Goreng Ngumpet and sweet ice tea. If we see the foods price, it is very cheap and reachable for every single person, especially students like us.

Then, Nasi Goreng Ngumpet came..

Don’t you think it is very creative??

I think it does..

It is very attractive and creative. The rice is hidden by egg and beautiful green salad and “kerupuk gurih”. So, that’s why it was called as “Nasi Goreng Ngumpet”.

This business is still running and attracting a lot of customers by now..

More than 80% of businesses CEO are men. This is proving that a company prefers to hire male worker than female. And discrimination between male and female worker often occur in every kind of company. It is because discrimination in wages between male and female worker can cause men worker to underestimate the female worker. This kind of phenomenon appears because the wages between male and female worker are different, although the responsibilities are all the same.

There are two reasons why male worker underestimate female worker.  First, male and female worker who work on the same positions with the same responsibilities, get different wages.  This wages level are decided by the employer because the employer has the stereotype that male worker has better performance than female workers. Second, male worker can handle more pressure than female workers. This thing is very important especially in this modern business world. The last one is, male worker mostly work with their logic, while female worker tend to use their feelings when they face a problem.

But this not proving that a job which has been done by the female worker is not as good as the male worker’s job. The evidence is there are still successful female leader in a big company for example e bay’s CEO. From here we can get the conclusion that we must not underestimate people are working with us because everybody has a same chance success.
